Grandma, Pa, and Elaina came to visit last weekend and we had a great time. We went into Boston and drive through Harvard Square and then had lunch in Brookline.
After lunch Tommy, MFG, Elaina and Grandma took the T down to Boston Common and Anderson, Pa and I drove down to meet them.

Once we were all at the Public Garden, we went see the Make Way for Ducklings statues
And then we rode the swan boats

After the swan boats, the girls rode the carousel
And then dipped their toes in Frog Pond
The next day we went into Salem for the afternoon

We went to the Peabody Essex Museum, which was awesome! We had never been before
There are lots of great kid-friendly exhibits
And a huge Asian art collection
After the museum, we walked down the pedestrian street
Playing in the fountain
And stopped for a cold drink at Gulu Gulu
Francie checked out these huge instillation pieces outside the museum before we went home
It was a fun weekend!
