We just got back from a really fun weekend in New Hampshire.
The girls were great road-trippers! We stopped at a little farm cafe for lunch on the way up.
Daddy - MFG road trip selfie
Look at her face when we arrived at Storyland! Someone was super excited!
We're here - let's go!
It stopped raining just as we arrived, so everyone got to run around
Waiting in line for Cinderella's pumpkin carriage
Meeting Cinderella
A family selfie in front of Cinderella's castle
Riding the teacups with my big girl :)
Everyone loved the merry go round. Anderson thought she was so big!
Since it was a rainy day, there were no lines!
MFG and Daddy off to the Polar Coaster
Wheee! This was hands-down MFG's favorite ride. I think she rode it about 7 or 8 times over the 2 days that we were there.
Of course, Tommy loved it too :)
Francie and I on the Polar Coaster
There was a new, BIG, wooden roller coaster that MFG was brave to ride. Once she was on it though....Poor thing! That is just sheer terror on her face. Tommy on the other hand is having a blast!
Storyland is great because there are lots of rides that we could do as a family. This is the jungle safari ride.
This sweet little muffin had a big time!
Cute girls
We stayed at Storyland for a few hours on Friday and then checked into the Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson, NH

The next morning after breakfast, we drove just up the road to check out Jackson Falls
The girls loved it!
Beautiful
And then we headed back to Storyland!
Meeting Bo Peep and Rapunzel
More rides on the Polar Coaster
We all rode the Flying Shoes
You can see Anderson sitting with Tommy below
The girls liked this cow that you can "milk" (Sprays water)
We all rode the Hot Air Balloon ferris wheel

We rode the train around the park and Anderson waved to everyone
Tuckered out!
MFG couldn't wait to get a slushee
Posing with the clown
Daddy and Francie on the teacups
Such a poser! "Mom, take my picture with these dolphins!"
A special treat from Storyland. A kitten (of course) that she named Princess Teacup.
MFG picked out this little mermaid for A. She loved it for about 10 minutes and then threw it out of her stroller at some point and it was lost for good :(
Sunday, we drove through the mountains and enjoyed nature. Frist, we took a short hike in White Mountain National Park to Glen Ellis Falls.
At the trailhead
Small waterfall
Gorgeous view

Family waterfall selfie - Anderson's face cracks me up!
After our hike, we drove to North Conway for lunch and stopped at the General Store
MFG picked out a lollipop from the candy counter and gave this little otter to Anderson. She was very excited!
Next, we drove across the Kancamangus Highway, which is gorgeous
We saw this waterfall/swimming hole at Lower Falls from the road and MFG wanted to swim
You can see Tommy and MFG between the rocks - they said the water was really cold!
Anderson watching everyone swim
We had a great time and are glad to be home!
