Mary Francis weighed 16 lbs at the pediatrician this morning. She's getting to be a very big girl (but still does not outweigh Max!)
MFG was feeling a little better this afternoon, so we walked to the beach for a little while. She had a great time splashing in the waves with her Daddy!
She was exhausted and took a nice nap in her little beach tent while we got some sun and took some pictures.
This is the first time we have been to this beach. It is only a 15 minute walk from our house, the water is calm (even if it is a little chilly!) and the beach is sand as opposed to pebbles (like some of the other beaches in town). It is our new favorite town beach!

See the island to the left of the sailboat? It is called Egg Island. Tommy is planning a swim out to it and back. No, I'm not kidding.

In other news, I got a some pictures of Mary Francis eating tonight. She loves her oatmeal!
I made her some baby food this weekend, and I can't wait to try it! For those of you that know me well, I am very proud of the fact that I MADE her babyfood (not exactly being a domestic goddess!) I'm going to wait a few more days since she is starting a new antibiotic today, but I think she will love veggies!
