Nanny and Papa came to visit last weekend for the 4th of July! It has become our annual tradition and we love having them here for such a fun holiday.
The girls were so excited to see them when they arrived!
Anderson got to open some birthday presents early. She got a fun flower sprinkler for her party, some doggie tub toys and play make-up. The play make up is a BIG hit! She loves to "do her makeup" every morning.
A few cute pics before dinner
Everyone is loaded up and ready to go!
We went to Mission on the Bay, a new restaurant right on the water. Anderson was teething and not feeling that great, so we all took turns taking the girls up to the roof deck to see the view.

The next morning Nanny and Papa played with the girls before we hit the road
And we got some cute family pics!
We love Nanny and Papa!
We drove up to Essex to have lunch. We went to Woodman's - a famous lobster and fried clam place
Lobster rolls - yum!
We had fun walking around Essex
We got a few new wooden buoys
A few more family pics by the marsh
That afternoon, we played in the backyard and grilled out
The next morning was the Horribles Parade. MFG designed our float this year. It was an "Under the Sea" theme. :)
Aunt Robin had the brilliant suggestion to add bubbles - they were a big hit!
We didn't win this year, but we had fun!

We spent the afternoon of the 4th at Eisman's beach - it was a beautiful beach day!
One last book with Papa
What a fun weekend! We loved having you, Mom and Dad!!
