I could not have gone on this trip if I weren't married to the most amazing man on the planet. Tommy is the best husband and daddy and I am so grateful to him for holding down the home front while I was gone.
Of course, nothing is ever dull, so Mary Francis was sick right after I left with a high fever. And then, a couple of days later she said her ear was hurting. I got this text from Tommy:
Poor guy! We still don't know how that plastic got in her ear!
She recovered quickly and the two of them had lots of fun while I was away. They went to the aquarium, to an Imax movie, and to Russell Orchards to go strawberry picking...
Last week, our good friends Matthew and Molly were in town for a wedding on Cape Cod, so they stayed for a night. I was so sad to miss them! Molly sent a few pictures for me :)
I missed them both so much and I am so glad to be home! Now, if I can just get over this jet lag.....
