Happy New Year!

Aunt Robin, Uncle Todd, Anna and Elizabeth came to stay with us for New Year's and we had the best time! We did lots of fun winter activities. I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted, but my sister took a lot that you can see on her blog.

The first day, we took the girls ice skating. Mary Francis didn't love it - she said it was scary and too cold -  but Anna was a pro!

After ice skating, we had lunch and then went bowling. The Peterson girls had never done candlepin bowling before and they had a big time!

Sweet cousins

On New Years Eve, we drove up to Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire to go skiing. It was a COLD day, but we bundled the girls up and they had so much fun! They both did a great job on the bunny slope.

Ready to ski!

MFG Skiing!

While the big girls skiied, I stayed in the nice warm lodge with this precious little monkey. She was so good!

Robin and I took the girls home at about 2:30 and they all crashed in the car on the way home. When we got home, we had a New Year's Eve "party"

On New Years Day, we went to the Y so that the girls could run around and swim in the pool

And the daddies and girls played with some funny mustaches that Santa put in Tommy's stocking

It started snowing the morning that the Petersons left to fly home...thankfully they were able to get out safely and relatively on time. It snowed all day yesterday and we are snowed in today!
