Easter

 Happy Easter! We just got back from a fun weekend in Vermont, where we celebrated Easter with our friends, The Jones.

We dyed some Easter eggs last week. We only had brown eggs, but they still turned out very pretty! We just had to leave them in the dye longer.

Nanny sent MFG this fancy Rapunzel dress for Easter and she loves it!

We left for Stowe on Friday and woke up to gorgeous blue skies on Saturday!

We were ready for some spring skiing....

But things didn't quite go as planned. Things look good here on the magic carpet....

But the skiing part was kind of a disaster. If you can't tell, that is a look of sheer terror on her face :(

She tried the bunny slope a few times, but she hated it every time. We're not sure why - she loved it when we went to Ski Bradford. So we threw in the towel. Thankfully, there are lots of other fun things to do at Stowe.

We had a babysitter in the afternoon on Saturday with plans that all of the adults would go ski. I wasn't feeling great this weekend, but I skiied one run and it was a no go. So I went to the spa instead for a facial, which was heavenly.

The Easter bunny knew we were in Vermont and visited us last night!

 There was an Easter egg hunt at the lodge this morning and Francie had so much fun!

Tommy did some more skiing today, but Francie and I explored the lodge.

No trip to Stowe is complete without a stop to Ben and Jerry's on the way out of town!
