Ah, the 3 day weekend. It would be so nice if we had every Monday off!
We started our weekend with happy hour at the Kirby's house.
Best buds - cheese!
We are already planning their wedding :)
On Saturday, we went to the Aquarium. MFG was so excited! She has been asking to go for weeks.

And watching the fish in the big ocean tank
We got to see the divers feed the fish and the turtles. That was a big hit!
She did a great job with the starfish and was very gentle with them
After the aquarium, we walked over to the Greenway, an awesome stretch of park along the waterfront in Boston that was created after the Big Dig.

Francie wasn't so sure about it, but liked watching the big kids
We decided to check out the food trucks and have lunch while we were there
And after, had some Emack and Bolio's ice cream - Yum!
Since summer officially began this weekend, I thought it was a great time for Francie's first pedicure :)
The rest of our weekend has been spent enjoying the gorgeous weather, working on the house and seeing friends. It's been a great holiday weekend!
