New Year in Orlando

We just got back from a great trip to Orlando. Mary Francis loved seeing Nanny and Papa, Aunt Robin and Uncle Todd, and her cousins, Anna and Elizabeth. MFG and Anna had so much fun playing - they were too cute together!

My parents got a bouncy house for the girls and it was a big hit!

It was gorgeous and warm for the first few days and of course, MFG wanted to take a dip in the pool.

The water was a little too chilly, but the girls had a great time in the boats.

The girls relaxing in the backyard on a beautiful New Years Eve!

My sister brought these Happy New Year tiaras and noisemakers for the girls

On New Year's Day, we decided to head to the playground to enjoy more perfect weather. What a treat to have a warm, sunny day in January!

Adorable Anna

Elizabeth loved the swing!!

Cute cousins

I LOVE this picture!

Nanny and Francie deep in conversation

Aunt Robin arranged another special treat on New Year's Day for the 2 older cousins . . . a princess dinner at Disney where they could meet Cinderella (the "real Cinderella" according to Anna).

The daddies and daughters walking into the Grand Floridian. Of course, both girls wore their Cinderella dresses :)

Meeting Prince Charming

MFG liked the characters from across the room, but was a little freaked out up close so we don't have pictures with the other characters. Check out my sister's blog on the right (The Peterson Family) to see more pics.

Francie did have a special daddy-daughter dance - so sweet!

The next day was beautiful again (we really lucked out with the weather!) so we went to Lake Eola to feed the ducks and swans.

That afternoon, we did some professional photos of all of the girls.
Tommy took this one before she got there.

Here are some of the good shots from the photo shoot.
These aren't even edited yet and I love the way they turned out!

Yesterday, the Petersons went home, but we had one more day with Nanny and Papa. It was cold, but sunny, so we drove over to New Smyrna to have lunch and cruise on the beach. On the way home, we stopped at Blue Springs to see the manatees.

We had a wonderful time - Thanks for everything, Nanny and Papa!
Happy New Year and best wishes for 2012 to my loyal readers (all 4 of you!)
